Some progress

Salut !
Hi ! The road bike progresses slowly, with the preparation of the
main-triangle tubes. The seat-tube is tacked on the bottom-bracket, with two
generous fillets. It's also reinforced wit a silver-brazed sleeve, to avoid
deformation at the seat-tube level. Beside that I've brazed a small brass pipe
for internal brake cable routing. This frame will be used all-year round, so I
prefer to have a continuous and protected brake line for the rear brake.

Always wondered how they did the internal brake line. Always thought it would be a good idea for a mountain bike with all that mud in the winter.
Have a look at my Flickr page for more details and a view inside the tube. Internal can be cool if it's done with a continuous tube like this or a nightmare if you only have one entry and one exit hole, as it is often done for the derailleur cables.
